Welcome to the third 'She Lives Boldly' wellness retreat!
We are so excited to have you and help you start, continue, or elevate your personal wellness journey. We have planned 4 days of workouts, nutritional meals (and how to make them!), guided discussions and workshops, as well as good old- fashioned fun planned for you! Check out our itinerary below.

Theme: Set intentions, get grounded, connect.

Day 2: Reset & Renew
Theme: Drop the old, hit reset, and create new habits with a new mentality.

Theme: Learn and discuss mental health, motivation setbacks and self-love.
