We are so happy you are here.

Welcome to the third 'She Lives Boldly' wellness retreat!

 

We are so excited to have you and help you start, continue, or elevate your personal wellness journey. We have planned 4 days of workouts, nutritional meals (and how to make them!), guided discussions and workshops, as well as good old- fashioned fun planned for you!  Check out our itinerary below.

Day 1: Arrive & Align

Theme: Set intentions, get grounded, connect.

 

Evening

 

5:00pm - Check-in, & Welcome tour.

 

6:30pm - Light Dinner, Connection Building Game, Intention setting discussion

 

7:30pm - Sunset Walk

 

9:00pm - Quiet Hours

Day 2: Reset & Renew

Theme: Drop the old, hit reset, and create new habits with a new mentality.

 

Morning

 

7:00am- Sunrise Yoga

 

8:30am- Energizing  Breakfast

 

10:00am -Upper Body Strength

 

 

11:00am- Free Time 

 

12:30pm- Lunch

1:30pm - Outdoor Activity (Hike/Snow Shoe)

 

3:00pm -Self Care Discussion 

 

5:00pm - HIIT/Dance optional workout

6:30pm - Dinner

 

8:00pm - Neurological Painting

 

9:00pm  Quiet Hours 

Day 3: Mind, Body, Spirit. 

Theme: Learn and discuss mental health, motivation setbacks and self-love.

7:00am - Morning Cardio (walk/jog, class)

 

8:30am - Light breakfast

 

10:00am - Lower Body Strength 

 

11:00am - Free Time

 

1:00pm- Lunch

2:30pm - Stretch and Foam Rolling

 

3:30pm - Group Games

Day 4: Spread Your Wings

Theme: Recap and reflect, get ready for the new chapter.

7:00am - Mobility & Core Workout- Pilates

 

8:30am - Breakfast, Reflections,  & Takeaways

 

9:30am - Packing

 

10:00am - Group Pics, Check-out
