What's included?

This deposit is the first payment towards the total cost of the retreat and is non-refundable. It guarantees you a bed to sleep on a first come, first serve basis. If you prefer to make a specific selection, you can do so for an additional fee that will also go to the total cost of the retreat.

What's next?
You will receive a follow-up email with details on accommodation availability and the option to make a bed selection in advance. This will also determine the final total cost of the retreat (based on accommodation availability).

When do I need to pay the rest?
Once you've finalized your accommodation details, you will receive the total cost of the retreat. The final payment is due on the first day of the retreat.

The fine print

Due to the limitations of the space, availability can only be guaranteed once the deposit has been placed. Please contact Becky Kurtz directly at 406-633-0662 to discuss availability and reserve your preferred accommodations. The deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due on the first day of the retreat, but can be made in installments until then.
